If you use Internet Explorer and, when loaded, the animations don't run smoothly - both the balloon and the page title animation - the balloon getting slower and slower as it goes left, then suddenly speeding up at the left (a failing of Internet Explorer, not the animation....) first try the trick of right-clicking on the animation, select Properties and then just click Cancel.
If that doesn't work try Mozilla, or save the animation and run it in a graphics program such as IrfanView.
